Leading Taiwan blogger, Ching Chiao, sent me this description and the accompanying links from the third annual Taiwan Bloggers Conference.  His description and the links follow (content from the links in Chinese):

Over 600 Taiwanese Bloggers participated the 3rd annual meet-up, called "2007 TW Bloggers BoF". The event itself is self-organized, in a bottom-up manner, by local enthusiastic bloggers, and sponsored by Taiwan Government Information Office, traditional media like TVBS, China TV, China Times, major BSP like Yahoo! and Wretch.cc , and another 10 ISPs, portals, web 2.0 companies.

The event started with 5 parallel panels, with topics covering business / PR blogs, personal blog / SEO, citizen journalism, blog for NPOs, and blog / CMS technologies. The panels attracted more than 250 registered attendees at the cost of 30 USD each. More 30 NPOs participated the NPO session and make it a highlight of the day. The afternoon session was opened to all. The keynote was "Blog: from renaissance to industrial revolution", led by 5 influencial participants in Taiwan blogsphere, sharing thoughts and visions of this first 5-year development of blogging in Taiwan. There are also updates from BSPs, followed lightning talks.

The day was concluded by two popular local bands, The Echo and Tizzy Bac, which attracted another 500 young people to join.
